License Office has been notified that Blu-ray movie disc “Twilight” sold in Canada will not play on a number of Blu-ray players.
If any licensee receives inquiries from consumers having a problem and a firmware update does not fix the situation, please ask the consumer to email twilightexchange@e1ent.com or call 416-646-2400 or 1-888-646-2402 ext 127 to exchange the disc for a new one or refer to a web site http://www.twilightthemovie.ca/
