Under FLLA, licensee will be granted a license to use the Blu-ray Disc Format Specifications and Blu-ray Disc Logo to develop, manufacture, use or sell the products categorized as follows:
New version of FLLA for BD-ROM has been established and is available from May 9th, 2006. Under the new FLLA newly established BD-ROM Format Specifications Part 3 Audio Visual Basic Specifications version 2 is licensed together with other BD-ROM Specifications (Part 1 & 2) that have not changed. The licensing activities of FLLA for ROM version 1 and distribution of BD-ROM Part 3 Specifications version 1 are obsolete.
