This agreement is solely for Audiovisual content owner, content distributors, and so on.
There are two kinds of agreement for Content Providers namely Content Participant Agreement (CPA) and Content Participant Agreement-Light (CPA-Light).

Both CPA and CPA-Light permit the usage of Blu-ray Disc Logo for BD content software |

Both CPA and CPA-Light permit the usage of Region Playback Control (RPC) Logo (* Note: RPC is defined only for BD-ROM movie software) |

Only CPA entitles licensees to bring Content Participant Beneficiary Claim and to be a third party beneficiary of FLLA. |
4. |
Only CPA entitles licensees to have Change Management Right. |
