Under CPSA, Adopter will be granted a license under trade secrets and copyrights embodies in the Blu-ray Disc Rewritable Copy Protection System Specifications for following categorized products.CPSA includes Compliance Rules and Robustness Rules as a part of contract.

2. Annual Administration Fee for CPSA
The annual administration fee $12,000 for the first category; $8,000 for the second; and $4,000 for the third. Charges for Set of Device key and / or Renewal Key Block are not included.

3. Specification of Content Protection
Content Protection System for Blu-ray Disc Rewritable Specifications

After a completion of the agreements, the first copy of the following specification will be distributed in print.

Reproduction of Blu-ray Disc Rewritable Copy Protection System Specifications is prohibited.

Additional copies of Blu-ray Disc Rewritable Copy Protection System Specifications is US$150 per each.

Modifications and updates to the Specification will be provided without any additional charge.
