For Develop/Manufacture/Authoring/Sell (FLLA)
Under FLLA, licensee will be granted a license to use the Blu-ray Disc Format Specifications and Blu-ray Disc Logo to develop, manufacture, use or sell the products categorized as follows.
AVCREC FLLA was commenced from August, 2007.
An Amended and Restated BD-ROM FLLA was publicized on February 2008. Under the new FLLA of February 2008, a newly established BD-ROM Commercial Audiovisual Content category was added for the authoring industry.
