IA and FLLA flow is as follows:

(Prospective) Licensee		Blu-ray Disc License Office
Step1 : Fill out "Application Form" and send it to Blu-ray Disc License Office via fax or e-mail. Fax: +1-818-763-9027 e-mail : agent@blu-raydisc.info		After reviewing Application form for completeness and accuracy, send a receipt mail with a copy of the agreement.
Step2 : Review and sign two copies of the agreement and send back to BDA License Office by courier.		Sign two Blu-ray License Agreements and send one complete copy along with an invoice.
Step3 : Payment. (within 30 days after the effective date)		Confirm receipt of full payment. Send Specifications and necessary documents.
Step4 : Receive Specifications and documents. Sign the receipt send it back.		Receive and file the receipt.
