Please note that the Disc Cases with BD Logo, 3D BD Logo, and/or Ultra HD Logo are only allowed to be used on the authorized BD products which are manufactured by the authorized FLLA licensees. With the increased numbers of LLA licensed case manufactures selling the disc cases with Blu-ray Disc Logo for the possible usage on the pirated discs or selling to the non-licensed customers, the licensed case manufacturers are no longer listed on this Licensee List to help catching any illegitimate products crossing the borders.
In case the shipment is stopped at the Customs;
1. Have the contracted manufacturers to send you the authorized Blu-ray Disc products to you, so that you can package the discs into your case with Blu-ray Disc Logo, Blu-ray Disc 3D Logo or Ultra HD Logo.
Or,
2. Have the FLLA licensed manufacturers or licensed content owners to provide you the authorization letter to clear the Customs. BDA will not be able to write a direct authorized letter for CBP for such shipment. In the event CBP contacts BDA for authorization, BDA will decline unless contracted by the FLLA licensed manufacturer or licensed content owner directly.
For an alternative indication available to present as a genuine licensee with other licensed replicators or content owners;
- Please have them contact us directly for your license status confirmation, or
- Present our email confirmation of completing the license procedure.
