- Term: Indefinite until terminated by either party.
- Fee: Free of Charge
- Rights: Usage of Blu-ray Disc Logo limited to promotion and advertisement of BD-PC products and technology. Also the BD Logo usage on BD PC and the External Peripheral BD PC Drive.
- Obligations: To comply with the BD Logo usage as described in BD Logo Guideline to be supplied. In any case of forwarding the BD Logo and/or the BD Logo Guide to other companies, it is infringement.
Note:
